August 25, 2025 - National Weather Service Hanford Office officials report a Flood Watch has been issued for a portion of central California, including the following areas, Grant Grove Area, Kaiser to Rodgers Ridge, Kings Canyon NP, San Joaquin River Canyon, Sequoia NP, South End of the Upper Sierra, Upper San Joaquin River, Yosemite NP outside of the valley and Yosemite Valley through this evening.
Excessive runoff from storms may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
