Cold Case – Help us solve the James Curre Homicide
September 14, 2025 – Calaveras County Sheriff's Office officials report that on the morning of July 14th, 1990, James Curre was found deceased on his driveway in Copperopolis, Calaveras County, CA.
Evidence revealed James was attacked by a knife-wielding suspect(s) in his residence during the night of July 13th, 1990.
Five kilograms of cocaine were discovered in the residence during the subsequent investigation. This homicide remains unsolved.
