The cashier who accepted it suspected it was a fake, and immediately notified security, who in turn called the Sheriff’s Office. Deputies who arrived on scene confirmed it was phony. They later seized more fictitious checks, found stashed inside the suspect’s purse.Deputies arrested Gallo-Harper without incident and booked her into Madera County Department of Corrections. She remains jailed at this hour with bail set at $5,000
