November 27, 2025 – Plumas County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are asking for the public’s help locating missing person Cheryl TADDEI.
Cheryl was last seen on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m., near the roundabout intersection of Highway 20 and Highway 407 in Upper Lake, Lake County, after she exited a vehicle during an argument and did not return. She was reportedly wearing a t-shirt, blue denim skirt, and black slip-on shoes, and was carrying a duffel bag, a backpack, several plastic grocery bags, and accompanied by her tan Chihuahua. Cheryl has distinctive tattoos, including a “tiger” on her right shoulder and a “spider,” “fairy,” and the name “Johnny” on her right arm.
Cheryl has family and recent ties to Greenville and Crescent Mills in Plumas County. Her family and our office are concerned for her safety due to the time that has passed without contact.
