Since then, he has been receiving dedicated medical attention at Scripps Memorial in La Jolla. We are now at a hopeful juncture as Sgt. Elliott embarks on the next stage of his recovery journey, transferring to an out-of-state specialized facility for further treatment.
Sgt. Elliott faces a challenging path to recovery, and we look forward to the day he can return to San Diego. The support and expert care the Scripps Memorial team provided have been invaluable during this time, and we extend our deepest gratitude to them.
The Elliott family is profoundly thankful for the overwhelming support, kind thoughts, and prayers they have received.
