January 12, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials announce that Services for Deputy Timothy Corlew have been scheduled as follows:
Thursday, January 23, 2025
Approximately 9:00 AM – Procession begins from Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary, 7944 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside CA 92504. THIS PROCESSION IS RESTRICTED TO FAMILY MEMBERS AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE PERSONNEL ONLY.
Members of the public are welcome to line the streets in support. The procession will end at Harvest Christian Fellowship Church, 6115 Arlington Avenue, Riverside, CA 92504.

Procession Route Acheson and Graham Mortuary to Harvest Christian Fellowship Church:
- Exit Acheson and Graham and head Northeast on Magnolia Avenue
- Turn left, head northwest on Madison Avenue
- Turn left and head west on Arlington Avenue
- Turn right and head north on Adams Street
Funeral Services begin at 10:00 A.M. (Open to the public)

Those who would like to send flowers may have them delivered directly to the Harvest Christian Fellowship Church no later than 8:00 A.M. the day of the services.
NO MEDIA will be allowed inside the venue. Media will be permitted to run a 1080I feed directly from a designated distribution area on the east side of the campus.
The services will be live streamed on Riverside County Sheriff’s Facebook and YouTube pages.

A law enforcement procession from the Harvest Christian Fellowship Church to the Olivewood Memorial Park will commence at the conclusion of the funeral service. The procession will consist of emergency vehicles of any law enforcement / AMR / Fire agencies who wish to participate, family, and family invitees only. General public and media may not participate in the procession.

- Westbound on Arlington Avenue from Harvest Christian Fellowship Church parking lot
- Turn left, head southbound on Crestview Drive
- Turn right, head westbound on 7th Street
- Turn left, head southbound on California Avenue
- Turn right, head westbound on 6th Street
- Turn left, head southbound on Hamner Avenue
- Turn left, head eastbound on 2nd Street
- Turn right, merge onto southbound Interstate 15
- Merge onto eastbound State Route 91
- Exit State Route 91 at Central Avenue and turn right
- Arrive at Olivewood Memorial Park, 3300 Central Avenue, Riverside, CA 92506

The Department is saddened to announce the death of Deputy Timothy Corlew, who was assigned to the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station. Deputy Corlew was involved in an on-duty traffic collision on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
Deputy Corlew began his service with our Department on February 1, 2016. After graduating from the 198th Basic Academy, he was assigned to Sheriff’s Court Services before transferring to the Jurupa Valley Station on August 29, 2019. Deputy Corlew completed Motor School in June 2022 and was working Motor Enforcement at the time of his death.
On behalf of the entire Department, we extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Deputy Timothy Corlew.
Please continue to pray for Deputy Corlew’s wife, two sons, and the men and women of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office as we grieve this loss.
