Evening Update CALFIRE: 19,244 Acres, 59% Containment, Personnel 3,788, with 116 Single Residences Structures Destroyed & 66 Outbuildings Destroyed.
Update 3:00 P.M. Per Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office: OAK FIRE - EVACUATION ORDERS LIFTED AND FIRE ADVISEMENTS LIFTED
Evacuations for the following areas have been lifted. These areas will be open to residents living in the area only. Please be prepared to show identification to enter this area. View the most current evacuation map at: https://arcg.is/jKqD5.
- Carstens Road
- Triangle Road from Hwy 140 to Darrah Road including all side roads
Carter Rd
Plumbar Creek Road
Buckingham Mountain Road
Memory Lane
Butterfly Ridge Road
Merrill Mill Road
Fire Advisements lifted with no restrictions for the following area
- Ponderosa Basin- Not Including Standard Mill Rd
- Silva Road
- Carleton Road
- Darrah Road
- East Westfall Road- Not including Smithers Road or Old Mill Road
ROAD INFORMATION
- Triangle Road closed at Darrah- Triangle Road cannot be accessed via Darrah Road. Lushmeadows area and Triangle Road towards Hwy 140 cannot be accessed.
- Jerseydale Rd Closed- including all side roads
- Silva Road & Carleton Road at Triangle Road access will be for residents only no through traffic will be allowed
- Carstens- Open to residents only

LARGE AND SMALL ANIMALS
Residents who have been repopulated that need to pick up animals at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds can do so anytime between 10am and 4pm. Residents MUST use the gate near the fair office to enter. To report missing animals please use the following link- https://arcg.is/08DnTX.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DEBRIS REMOVAL
The Mariposa County HHSA - Environmental Health Unit is working with CalEPA and CalREcycle to help remove hazardous waste and burn debris from burned out property as a result of the Oak Fire. Property that has been partially cleared/cleaned up by individuals will NOT be eligible for this program if it becomes available. If you would like to take advantage of ANY program to remove fire debris from your property, at no out of pocket cost to you, do not begin clean up. Looking for small personal items is ok. Please take precautions, because of the possibility that fire debris may contain hazardous waste products.
