July 2, 2024 – Mariposa County Officials announce a community meeting will be held for the Mariposa County Downtown for Phase 2 of the Renovations Project on Monday, July 8th from 9:00 A.M. - 9:45 A.M. The meeting will be held at the Mariposa County Board Hearing Room, located at 5100 Bullion Street in Mariposa.
Join the Mariposa County Public Works Department and the Public Information Office for a community update regarding Phase 2 of the Downtown Renovations Project.
BACKGROUND: Mariposa County was awarded a $6.3 million grant through the Economic Development Administration/ Department of Commerce for downtown renovations. Phase 2 of the project will continue to focus on 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and Bullion Streets to ensure Mariposa's commercial and residential downtown area remains vibrant, inviting, and flood resilient.
