September 17, 2018 - Why I'm voting for Tom McClintock: He stands for PROTECTING American citizens, rather than "protecting" (by neglecting), our forests.  

He understands forests must be MANAGED and USED, by recreation, grazing, mining and logging, rather than "saved" to die by FIRE.  His opponent still talks about "protecting" forests via Wilderness, and still doesn't appear to understand the fires are mostly a result of over-protection, over-growth, and lack of use. 

Tom actually READS AND UNDERSTANDS BILLS before voting on them!   His votes are thoughtful and informed. 

He understands TERRORISM, and Islam.  From what his opponent has stated, she does NOT understand either; she speaks favorably of Hezbollah and Hamas.  Tom knows those who follow Islam's Sharia Law MUST be denied entry.  He states Sharia Law and the U.S. Constitution are ABSOLUTELY INCOMPATIBLE, because fundamentalists and jihadists must give allegiance only to the Koran, that mandates killing or enslaving infidels.  

Tom understands Islam in depth---rather than the surface, and agrees with curtailing Muslim immigration from terrorist-supporting countries.  Most Dems think Islam is a "religion of peace", while honor killings and abuse of Muslim women continue to rise in America.  Muslims are very prolific, and will soon be numerous enough to be able to elect a president, if trends continue.  A Muslim president would want Sharia law and its brutal tennentsinstead of our U.S. Constitution.

Tom's opponent wants government to subsidize affordable low-income housing in small towns like Mariposa.  But what strings would be attached?  McClintock wants to put the forest and the timber harvesters back to work making money for public land agencies and small towns, so we would no longer have to rely on government money.  This would help solve the tree mortality/unhealthy forest problem, and stimulate the housing industry.   Please vote for Tom McClintock in the upcoming election.  He has been working hard for Mariposa.
